Where is my order?
Your order will be processed straight away and will be posted out to you on the same day as you ordered during the week if the item(s) are in stock and you placed your order before 5pm. Usually they will reach you within 5 working days. If you are waiting for an order and would like more information please call us on 0800 316 9772 or email email@example.com
Will all my items arrive at once?
Your items could arrive in different consignments. We work with two fulfilment houses, some of our products are print on demand and others are not. Print on demand products will arrive separately to the other products. If any of the items you ordered are not in stock, the in-stock items will be posted out and the out of stock items posted out as soon as they are back in stock.
My item is faulty how do I return this to you?
Call customer services on 0800 048 9201 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, home address, details of the order and where available your phone number and email address. We will cover the costs of postage and packing in the case of faulty goods.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel online fill in this form. To cancel by post, print this form and post it to us at the address on the form. Or simply write to us at that address including details of what you bought, when you ordered or received it and your name and address. You have 14 days from ordering to change your mind. I didn’t receive one of my items?
If the item wasn’t in-stock we would have sent out the in-stock items and will send out the out of stock item as soon as it is available. There will be a note on the dispatch note.
How much of the money goes to help the animals?
All of the profits from the shop go towards World Animal Protection’s work to protect animals. Find out more.
Why is the postage and packaging always the same?
We have found this is a fair way to organise postage and packaging and it simplifies things for you and us. It is impossible for us to work out the cost of the postage and packing when customers order from the catalogue and post in an order form and so we have set postage and packing to be one standard charge for all UK orders. Really Wild Gifts have free postage and packing.
The item I want is out of stock what can I do?
